Service Description

During the consultation we will cover what your needs are and see if we are able to assist further. Additionally, you will be asked questions during your consultation to see if outside assistance is needed

Cancellation Policy

Refunds- No refunds will be issued due to the lack of reading on the clients end. Refunds are discretionary and will only be approved by the owner. ​ Cancellations- If you need to cancel for any reason a 24 hour notice is needed to avoid being charged again. If 24 hour notice is provided rescheduling will be offered. ​ ​ Rescheduling- Will always be offered if 24 hour notice is provided. ​ Same Day Cancellations- Do not count as 24 hour notice thus no refund will be issued ​ No Shows- If you don't show for your appointment your appointment will be considered as a cancellation. The client will have to rebook online and pay again.
