Cancellations and Rescheduling
Refunds- No refunds will be issued due to the lack of reading on the clients end. Refunds are discretionary and will only be approved by the owner.
Cancellations- If you need to cancel for any reason a 24 hour notice is needed to avoid being charged again. If 24 hour notice is provided rescheduling will be offered.
Rescheduling- Will always be offered if 24 hour notice is provided.
Same Day Cancellations- Do not count as 24 hour notice thus no refund will be issued
No Shows- If you don't show for your appointment your appointment will be considered as a cancellation. The client will have to rebook online and pay again.
