Service Description

Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, court orders, or any other document issued by a federal agency or certified by an American or foreign consul. An apostille certifies the document(s), so the document can be recognized in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds- No refunds will be issued due to the lack of reading on the clients end. Refunds are discretionary and will only be approved by the owner. Cancellations- If you need to cancel for any reason a 24 hour notice is needed to avoid being charged again. If 24 hour notice is provided rescheduling will be offered. Rescheduling- Will always be offered if 24 hour notice is provided. Same Day Cancellations- Do not count as 24 hour notice thus no refund will be issued No Shows- If you don't show for your appointment your appointment will be considered as a cancellation. The client will have to rebook online and pay again.
